Solinear are a comprehensive Louvre and Solar Shading Solution Provider offering consultation, design, manufacturing and installation packages for complete peace of mind whatever your requirements.

As a Single Source Solution we are able to provide a fully inclusive, cost effective option using a combination of our ‘off-the-shelf’ product range and a completely bespoke system, specially engineered to meet your exact specification and aesthetic aspirations. Providing the perfect balance between a tailor made system and the value engineering benefits of standard components.

With our in-house design teams based in York and Leicester, complimented by our UK based Manufacturing Facility, we are able to offer full Building Information Modelling data (BIM Level 2) as part of our innovative design service.

Utilizing over 10 years experience, we can now offer a diverse range of Architectural Louvre and Solar Shading products facilitated by a very close relationship with our supply chain, giving us greater influence over both quality control and availability. Our continual product development programme enables us to offer innovative, customised solutions to architects at the very earliest stage of project design, giving confidence that the finished product will enhance the look and performance of their building.

With Solinear you have the assurance that your system will be both value engineered and uniquely crafted to meet every one of your design aspirations without restriction or compromise, achieved without the cost implications usually associated with ‘Bespoke’ products.

Our Design-Supply-Install Package offers complete on-site peace of mind, allowing the Principal Contractor to commission Solinear directly knowing that there is no ambiguity with regards to responsibility. All of our site installers comply with the latest CSCS and MCG Initiatives and our project management team are experienced in providing comprehensive site documentation including RAMS (structured around the OHSAS 18001 frame work) as part of the site management package, for total peace of mind in our project planning, services and products.

The Solinear Solar Shading and Architectural Louvres project portfolio includes a wealth of satisfied clients and contractors with a diverse range of Innovative Architectural Louvre and Solar Shading Products expertly installed across the Education, Health, Leisure, Retail, Transport, Commercial and Prestige Residential sectors throughout the UK. The portfolio includes our very comprehensive range of options from Static Solar Shading Canopies to Remotely Operated Louvre Systems whose installations have enhanced both the performance and appearance of new build and refurbishment projects alike.

With recent project completions such as BskyB, McLaren Cars and Great Ormond Street Hospital, we are experienced working directly for the Principal Contractor or as a Specialist Contractor within the Glazing, Building Envelope or M&E teams.

Solinear have industry respected accreditations with Constructionline, Safe Contractor, CHAS and SMAS alongside our ISO 9001 Quality Assurance certification. We are dedicated to continuing our progression as a company by working towards both OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 accreditation.

Capable and experienced working with Extruded Aluminium, Timber and now Timber Resin, Solinear are able to offer a sustainable, environmentally friendly and low impact product solution to enable you to maximise the projects creative potential alongside the client’s BREEAM aspirations.

Adam has been involved in the industry for 20 years. He was heavily involved in the inception of Solinear where his experience, technical knowledge and personable demeaner has enabled him to successfully lead the commercial side of the business. Adam is at home in the outdoors and is a keen supporter of Leicester City, where he and his family are season ticket holder.

Dan started out in the industry 14 years ago as an on-site operative before working his way up the ladder. He now takes on the role of projects/operations manager for Solinear where he enjoys the different challenges that each project brings. Dan is football-mad and for his sins, an Aston Villa season ticket holder.

Jack Dwyer

BIM Manager

Jack has worked at Solinear for over 8-years. After completing a Manufacturing Engineering Apprenticeship on leaving school Jack started at Solinear as an Admin Assistant. He quickly progressed to Junior Draftsman and is now our Design Manager. Jack loves technology, particularly how it can be incorporated into businesses to improve processes.

Tony has been in the industry for nearly 40 years, learning his trade as an apprentice. Running his own business for the last 25 years, the knowledge and experience gained has enabled him to bring a robust, reliable and innovative approach to the industry. Tony is a cricket enthusiast but enjoys a more relaxed game of golf on a weekend these days.
