Staines Road features Solex Halo 200 systems and Movil Panel systems and was completed in autumn 2012. Halo 200 Bre soliel was supplied and installed to 3 atrium feature glazing structures. Each bay of aluminium fins is supported by our Solex Madera ‘Cats ear’ end plates which are fixed back to our vertical Solex 150×50 RHS posts.
Movil Sliding Screens
Solinear Manufactured and Installed an external Aluminium screening system, with a horizontal telescopic operation, extending the full extent of the glazing system behind, to stop solar radiation from penetrating the windows. We have allowed for our Solex ‘universal’ frame surround with horizontal elliptical fins being fixed between frame to form each Movil sliding/static unit.
Each sliding panel will have Movil running gear fixing pack and will roll on Solex cleated channel tracks top & bottom to allow sliding of each panel, channel tracks will be supported by continuous RSA at both at the head and cill locations which is supported by our Type 01 fabricated spigot brackets.
All aluminium components are polyester powder coated to a standard colour from the RAL chart. All fasteners are supplied, unpainted, self colour stainless steel or BZP.
