Solinear was specified to design, manufacture, deliver and install a conceptual projecting façade element, consisting of Solex™ Mallasol S and Halo 150 panel systems, that provides solar protection to all the adjacent glazed areas, whilst also incorporating a fresh and attractive design to complement the modern construction of the new, multi-million pound, Lister House Health Centre building in Harlow, Essex.

Solinear worked in close conjunction with the project’s design team at Camm Architects – http://cammarchitects.com/index.htm and Hatton Construction during every stage of the Lister House Health Centre project to ensure the projecting façade elements had the correct support structure and interface with the façade. Thus, providing not only a vibrant and an aesthetically pleasing design but a structurally sound, safe and secure addition to the façade able to withstand the most extreme, unforgiving and harshest of weather conditions and to be consistent with the highest level of product quality and faultless service standard expected from our team. All work carried out well within the agreed budget and time constraints and with the usual strict regards to health and safety at work.

A fresh, colourful, bright and interesting as well as functional design which enhances the sleek façade beautifully and is in keeping with the modern, stylish, sophisticated clean lines of this state-of-the-art, purpose-built new primary health centre building located on Abercrombie Way in Harlow, Essex.

Harlow MP Robert Halfon, opened the centre in late October 2018 which offers dental services, a pharmacy, GPs, healthcare community professionals and other much-needed NHS services to more than 20,000 new and existing patients in the Essex region.
