(Cold bending) was the method of curving used in this project, where by the member is placed between three rollers. The correct radii are achieved by manipulating the distance between the rollers.
Each U-Shaped section was cut into sections for transportation and easy installation.
Curved brackets were designed to take the loads required for these steel beams, attached to Glulam columns.
Solex Halo
Our Solex Halo-200 extruded aluminium external solar shading system was arranged as a ‘vertical-array’ shading screen comprising 7 no off 200mm long elliptical blade profiles fixed back to clips mounted onto vertical support mullions, suitable for fixing back to CHS support posts
