Soffit Louvres
These soffit louvres were designed using a Solinear Uni-rail mullion tied into uni-strut channels, fixed back the existing concrete. The two were connected using drop rods to achieve the desired ceiling height or on some elevations, a varying diagonal or horizontal pitch. The anodised blade profiles ran along these Uni-rail mullions using a clip – lock system, to surround both Buildings.
All associated fixings and PPC were finished to marine standard. For more information please click on the relevant CAD Drawings.
Soffit Cladding
Employing the same uni strut and drop rod technique as the soffit louvres, however the Cladding also required bracing straps and a ‘secret fix’ installation process, hooking on to the previous panel hiding its means of secure connection.
