In light of the recent EU Referendum resulting in a steep (500%) increase in reported hate crimes, discrimination and racism across the UK, Solinear Limited would like to emphasise our continual support of total equality throughout the workplace for both employees and sub-contractors, in line with our ‘Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy’.
Solinear Limited respect and support all of its employees and subcontractors and will do all we can to protect their safety and human rights.
This is our stance on how businesses can lead from the front to eliminate bullying, harassment or discrimination of any kind.
