How did you discover us?

When we receive new enquiries, we like to know how we were found, what search criteria was applied that highlighted Solinear and the decision behind choosing Solinear above our competitors i.e. value for money, good service, quality of products, UK manufacturing etc. so, new enquiries will be reciprocated with an email asking for feedback. If we receive a phone call enquiry we may ask, at the end of the call, why the decision was taken to contact Solinear and how we were discovered.

Marketing the Solinear brand

The information we ask for is for the sole purpose of identifying where we are most visible to potential clients – helping us to understand where our demographic is finding information regarding Solinear products and services and where to focus our attention when marketing the Solinear brand with the purpose of gaining maximum exposure for our business and therefore increase sales. The details of those who have contacted Solinear and been kind enough to provide feedback are never shared with third parties or sold on to the highest bidder.
