NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY – SELLY OAK RETAIL PARK

Solinear has started the installation of its largest MEDERA timber solar shading project in the UK.

The prestigious Selly Oak Retail Park in Birmingham is currently under construction and the first entrance shading feature to the retail terrace units has been completed with a further 11 units to follow in the coming weeks.

The Sainsbury’s car park, service yard and canal basin towpath will all have the stunning MEDERA vertical timber solar shading fins. Designed, manufactured and installed by Solinear from choice grade A, sustainably sourced Siberian Larch in a new age colour finish.

Tom was raised with the family business and has 20 years’ experience in the sector, working in every facet of the business including fabrication, installation, design, project management, to now fulfilling his role as Managing Director of Solinear. Outside of work, Tom prioritises time with his family, enjoying gardening, keeping fit and travelling as much as possible. He’s still a die-hard Ravens fan!
