Solinear is delighted to welcome Dean to our growing team of experts. Dean is taking over the position of Solinear’s Project Manager – a role that Tom was undertaking; however, as Solinear’s Director, Tom is eager to concentrate on other aspects of the business as it continues to expand and the demand for our products and services increases daily. Never wanting to turn away feasible projects and with the responsibility and dedication to our customers’ satisfaction it was time to bring Dean on-board.
Dean officially joined the highly successful Solinear team on the first day back after the festive break, bringing with him an energetic and enthusiastic attitude as well as desirable transferable skills from his wealth of experience.
Since leaving University in 2010, Dean has immersed himself in a range of industries, all of which have been project related. Professionally he thrives on learning and discovery – finding new ways of working which results in achieving the highest quality and in the most efficient way possible. In a challenging situation, he uses this knowledge to complete delivery on time and with complete customer satisfaction.
During his free time Dean is keen on keeping fit – working out in the gym early morning sets him up for the busy day ahead, so he can often be found there before heading off to work. At the end of his working day, Dean enjoys playing football with friends and looks forward to spending quality time with his wife – sharing an interest in travel, eating out and renovating their house.
With Dean’s calm and professional approach combined with his depth of knowledge, we’re certain he will be of huge benefit to Solinear, confidently overseeing our projects from beginning to end and making sure they run smoothly for all involved.
