We offer a full Design, Manufacture and Installation service for our
range of mesh solar shading solutions.
The Solinear Mallasol™ product range uses aluminium perforated mesh sheeting to provide a dynamic and variable solar shading solution to a building façade.
Mesh patterns can be standard circles and squares to either a grid or triangulated pattern, solid skin or totally bespoke aperture arrangement to provide a unique feature to the building.
The mesh material is supported by purpose designed support structures to bring a modern, stylish and contemporary appearance to any building façade.
A range of finishes
The geometric shape of the shading fins can be provided as rectangular or arc shape and usually support a cover width from 300mm wide up to 1000mm and beyond.
There is a range of finishes available to both the support structure and the mesh material with polyester powder a preferred solution due to its range of colours and durability. Anodic PPC and anodised finishes are also available.
Support systems
Mallasol support structures are custom designed for each project and can be as simple or elaborate as is required to accommodate the building design, whether that involves a simple bracket connection to existing primary structure or a complete steel frame work independent of the main building.

VERSATILE APPLICATIONS
The Mallasol™ product range is also suitable for visual building or plant screening purposes and can be fitted to the façade via bespoke brackets to enable different sitting angles to obscure any particular building components.
The top and bottom fixing brackets are of purpose design and fabrication to ensure compliance with required product service loads and adequate transfer of these to the building structure.
Solinear design engineers assist with all aspects of structural integration of the product to the building to comply with latest construction codes of practise and British and European Standards.
