Solinear provides comprehensive installation services for our award-winning brise soleil, solar shading, and architectural louvre systems across the UK.

Our installation teams consist of highly experienced professionals, fully trained in the precise fitment of our products. They are proficient in the safe and efficient use of access equipment and hand tools, holding all necessary accreditations to work on-site safely and effectively. Our strict fitter evaluation process ensures that only the most qualified individuals undertake installation work for Solinear. Each team is supervised by a SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certified professional, with no more than three individuals per supervisor, ensuring exceptional quality control throughout the process.

Each installer holds a valid CSCS card, and where required, certifications in asbestos awareness, IPAF, PASMA, and emergency first aid at work. For projects with specific requirements – such as educational facilities – we can also provide DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked personnel. Simply inform our team during the commercial/design process, and we will tailor our workforce to meet your project’s needs.

We supply fully inspected, compliant, and safe access equipment, including scissor lifts, cherry pickers, and mobile towers, to facilitate a smooth and secure installation. If a client prefers to provide access equipment, we can advise on the most suitable options, ensuring safety for both our installers and others on-site. All work conducted at height is carried out in a systematic, controlled manner by our fully trained professionals, using the latest PPE (personal protective equipment) such as safety harnesses and lanyards.

Before any on-site work begins, our team produces detailed, project-specific RAMS (Risk and Method Statements). These documents identify potential hazards and risks, along with the precautions in place to mitigate them. Each team member is briefed and required to sign the RAMS before installation commences, ensuring full compliance with current health & safety standards and legislation.

Professional, Tidy & Hassle-Free Installation

Our installation teams take great care to maintain a clean and organised worksite throughout the installation. Upon completion, all waste generated by Solinear is removed from the site, leaving you with nothing but a professionally installed, high-quality solar shading system.

For clients who require Solinear products but prefer to handle installation themselves or have their own dedicated installation team, we offer a supply-only service. This option is ideal for those working within a limited budget or for overseas clients where on-site visits from Solinear may not be feasible.
