For the eighth year running, Solinear is proud, to have been awarded a CHAS (SSIP) Health & Safety certificate of accreditation alongside CHAS Premium Plus.
What is CHAS?
The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), established in 1997, is a trusted, well-respected scheme aiming to promote the benefits of excellent health and safety practises and awareness within industries and business. And as one of the founders of Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP), CHAS is dedicated to setting health and safety targets that drive industries forward and make the working environment a safer place.
The Importance of CHAS Certification
The CHAS certification/certificate for accreditation is intended for consultants and contractors who work with private and public sector organisations. CHAS certification helps purchasers, as well as contractors, in the process of health and safety competence assessment – making it straightforward for potential clients to gain an insight into a company’s working standards, with regards to health and safety; An important factor of daily working life that Solinear takes very seriously, even more so with the extra consideration of limiting the spread of virus and infections.

CHAS and Covid19
