The Solinear name and reputation has even gathered interest overseas as well as in the UK; Solinear has been specified for projects in Limassol, Cyprus and Kingston, Jamaica! So, of course, whilst many of us enjoy the holiday sunshine and warmth that these countries offer, those who live and work there suffer from solar gain issues that impact their everyday lives and they are looking for permanent, low-maintenance, cost-effective and more environmentally-friendly solutions to control the heat and glare from the sun that millions of holiday-makers flock to these destinations for.
The UK is no exception when it comes to solar glare.
Whilst many Brits complain that there simply isn’t enough sun here, it’s a different matter for those who live and work in its glare throughout the year.
15 years of solar shading systems design and manufacturing
Since Solinear’s inception in Sheriff Hutton, York, back in 2004, we’ve designed, manufactured and supplied striking, revolutionary and highly-effective solar shading systems and the Solinear team has been all over the United Kingdom installing them with fantastic results, garnering admiration from architects and building-industry-specialists, the general public and even our fitters and designers, who enjoy seeing their plans and interpretations in the flesh, giving them an enormous sense of pride and achievement.
15 years later Solinear is going from strength to strength with an ever-expanding team of highly skilled individuals seeing us through for many more years to come.
